Only on Facebook

Someone hears about a local business and searches for it online. The result leads to a Facebook page. When they open it, they may be asked to sign in before they can see the hours, services, location, or recent posts.

The business may see an active Facebook page as its online presence. For many customers, it works. But others do not have Facebook, have stopped using it, or prefer not to sign in simply to learn about a business.

Facebook is widely used, but it does not reach everyone. A 2025 Pew Research Center survey found that 71% of U.S. adults use Facebook. That leaves nearly three in ten outside the platform.

That is Attract. Before someone can consider visiting, calling, or buying, they need a way to learn enough about the business to continue. A Facebook page can provide that path, but when it is the only path, it can also become the place where the journey ends.

A Moment to Consider

Could someone learn enough about your business to take the next step without using Facebook?
